Getting Here:For those traveling to Autumn Years at Montclair by freeway, we are surrounded by the 57 Freeway to the east, the 605 Freeway to the west, the 60 Freeway to the north, the 91 Freeway to the south and the 5 Freeway to the west and south.

• From 57 Freeway:Exit at E. Lambert Rd. Travel west on Lambert to Euclid. Make a right on Euclid, traveling north. Once you pass La Habra Blvd., look for the 6th street on the left side - W. Pinehurst Ave. (It’s the small street after E. Greenwood Ave.) Make a left. Autumn Years at Montclair is at the end of the street. Make a right on Elm and then a quick left into our parking lot.
• From I-605:Exit at Whittier Blvd. and travel east for 8.4 miles. Once you pass Beach Blvd. you are about 1 mile away. Look for Elm St. on the right side of the street (1 block past Hillside St.) It will come up quickly. Make a right turn onto Elm (Golden Star restaurant is on the far corner), then a quick right turn into our parking lot. If you miss Elm, don’t panic. Just go the short distance to Euclid, make a right and then a quick right on W. Pinehurst. (It will bring you right back to Elm St.)

Parking:There is plenty of convenient parking in the front of Autumn Years at Montclair. Choose any open, lined parking space. Once parked, the entry to our lobby is easy to spot as you approach the building. Upon entering, the reception desk is to your right
