They Have That Something Special
Our staff is truly amazing. They have the knowledge, skill and patience to care for people who are challenged by dementia, and they have the energy and technological systems to do it every day. Plus, they have that special something that comes from deep inside oneself, the combination of drive, compassion and courage that allows them to "cheerfully" assist someone whose memory is flickering and/or fading...even when their own heart is breaking.

Rosalie is a strong and caring leader. She has been in the senior care business for 17 years. She found herself drawn to care giving at the tender age of 13 years old. She worked as a caregiver for a skilled nursing facility for 5 years and quickly found her passion. “It’s what keeps me going everyday”.
Rosalie takes the time to listen to what her residents want and need. Our residents often walk into her office just to visit; “ I can honestly say everyday is a blessing to have such a wonderful job as mine”.
Rosalie is always looking for way to continue her education and recently she has completed her Social Services License.
